2024 Wall of Fame Inductees

Following an induction ceremony held on April 28, 2024 in Carman, Manitoba, the Manitoba Fiddle Association, Inc, is proud to announce the 2024 Wall of Fame Inductees!

• Fiddler/Performer: those individuals who have brought fame to the province and themselves through their outstanding fiddle music and works.
  • Lucien Laramee
  • Johnny Johannesson
  • Kris Johannesson
• Accompanist: those individuals who have given extensively of their musical talent to accent fiddlers’ music.
  • Evelyn Gillander
• Builder/Promoter: those individuals who have given extensively of their time and talent in the development and promotion of fiddle music in their community.
  • Richard & Arlene Graham

A plaque bearing each inductee’s photo and biography has been created and will be displayed in the Wall of Fame cabinet in the Carman Community Hall.
